What counts as a "booked seat"?
Each confirmed booking of a seat, table place, or area entry counts as one booked seat for that calendar month. Seats that are released or cancelled are still counted.
What happens if I exceed my included seats?
Paid plans allow overage — you're automatically charged a small per-seat fee for each seat over your plan limit. The Free plan has a hard cap and bookings will be blocked once you reach 100 seats.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed upfront at 10× the monthly price — effectively giving you 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds, but no surprise charges either.
